JuJuBee is a prosocial education community developed in collaboration with a boutique management consulting firm known for decades of in-person training and leadership development. When the pandemic disrupted traditional delivery methods, the firm was forced to rethink its approach to service delivery and knowledge sharing.
The Challenge
The transition to virtual learning during the pandemic left the organisation grappling with new technologies, shifting client expectations, and the challenge of preserving their signature in-person energy in a digital format. Initially, they required support with live remote facilitation, video production, and webinar presentation delivery. But over time, a new opportunity emerged: they had a wealth of untapped digital content—webinars, lessons, and recorded sessions—that could be transformed into something much more scalable and impactful.
Our Solution
As their dedicated in-house tech and media team, AIPEX Digital provided end-to-end support across multiple phases of development.
In the early stages, we focused on remote media production, crafting interactive experiences and polishing webinar content for digital use. As our collaboration deepened, we co-developed JuJuBee—an online prosocial education platform and community designed for lifelong learners and values-driven organisations.
We structured a phased rollout plan that allowed the client to stay focused on content development while we built the infrastructure for subscription-based memberships, B2B licensing, and team onboarding. The result was an engaging, accessible platform that opened up their knowledge and methodology to a much wider audience.
