After the original developers left without clear documentation or support, the faculty—though technically capable—were left managing a platform prone to frequent crashes, failed updates, and broken functionality.

AIPEX took a comprehensive approach to stabilising and future-proofing the academy’s digital infrastructure.
We began by migrating the site from a fragile multi-site structure to a streamlined single WordPress environment, improving backend management and scalability. We refactored outdated and messy theme code, optimised scripts, resolved PHP errors, and improved load times significantly.
We also implemented a Content Delivery Network (CDN) to handle their massive archive of educational content without overloading the main server. To enhance user experience and administrative capacity, we configured Fluent Forms for admissions, enabling robust document collection and applicant filtering for prospective students.
Automatic core and plugin updates were implemented alongside a custom alert system for critical issues, ensuring stability and long-term support for the faculty.
